From each person we met.. the smallest, to the eldest.. we experienced pure joy!
The very old and well preserved buildings/Dzongs that speak louder than any sound you can imagine, through their colors.. wow!
The brave truck drivers, with their very brightly coloured trucks from across Tibet and India.
The very talented painters and artist.. who have so much patience..
To the charm these school children brought our group.. we left a pile of English reading books here.. hope you all get a prize at year end awards!
To the very challenging high altitude treks we accomplished.. all in all.. just one word.. breathless! But soo worth it!

from the superb 5* hotels splurges, to the home guest stays.. we slept well every night in Bhutan.
The group of girls that soon became really great friends.. from the valleys we visited to the high Nunnery’s.. to the tea escapes we indulged in.. to the hot rock baths, and the massages.. and the dinners.. and the local red wine, and the night club.. and the.. ?..
Bhutan, your snow capped mountains and blue sky, with the whitest of clouds left us in awe!
We’ll be back.. thank you from the depth of our hearts.. we left a piece of our selves here!
