Day 1 – 2 Aug 2025: ARRIVAL HOCHIMINH & STREET FOOD TOUR BY VESPA (D)
Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat airport, you will be welcome and picked up by our guide and driver then transfer to hotel. Free at leisure.

Day 2 – 3 Aug 2025: Saigon Architecture Walk (B/L)
Discover the architecture of Saigon, from beautifully preserved colonial-era buildings to modernist steel and glass skyscrapers.
Once known as the ‘Pearl of the Orient’ Saigon is home to a variety of different architectural styles that give the city its unique charm. Start the tour along Nguyen Hue Street, at the end of which is the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Building set in beautiful flowering gardens. Built in 1909 this elegant colonial building started life as the Hôtel de Ville.
Take photos of the iconic Saigon Opera House, the city’s cultural and architectural icon, built by the French in 1898.
Day 3 – 4 Aug 2025: Saigon – Fly to Danang – Hoi An (B/D)
Breakfast at hotel. Free at leisure until transfer to Hochiminh airport for flight to Danang.
Upon arrival Danang airport, our guide will pick you up and transfer to your hotel in Hoi An. After check-ing in at hotel, you will start a walking tour around Hoi An Ancient Town.
Day 4 – 5 Aug 2025: Cooking with Vy for Health, Wellness and Beauty (B/L)
A fun and interesting half-day learning about cuisine for health, wellness and beauty food and the Hoi An way of life. How did we survive the COVID-19 pandemic and bounce back so quickly when touirsm reopened? Ms Vy attributes Hoi An’s success to two vital elements. “Lifestyle and native produce… our home food is our strength and it is one of the greatest values of our culture”.
Highlights watching live cooking demonstrations with actual involvement and many food tastings. A three hour hands-on cooking class with Ms Vy herself, lunch, recipes, and a Taste Vietnam Wellness gift to take home.
Day 5 – 6 Aug 2025: FREE AT LEISURE (B)
Free at leisure. Overnight in Hoi An. – Time to visit the tailors, the shoe makers, the jewellers, and the fabulous spas, and the restaurants.. aah!
Day 6 – 7 Aug 2025: HOI AN – DANANG – FLY TO HANOI (B/L)
Breakfast at hotel. You will transfer to Danang airport for flight to Hanoi.
Lunch at Home restaurant to taste Vietnam food.
Afternoon, you will have walking tour around Hanoi Old Quarter and visit Thang Long Art Gallery in Hang Gai Street. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 7 – 8 Aug 2025: QUANG PHU CAU INSENCE VILLAGE (B/L)
After breakfast at hotel. You will transfer to visit Quang Phu Cau incense village.
Day 8 – 9 Aug 2025: HANOI – HALONG – LAN HAN BAY WITH INDOCHINE CRUISE (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel.
08.30AM our guide and driver will pick you up at hotel and depart for taking the new highway to Tuan Chau International Marina, Halong City (arrive about 11:00).
11:45 – 12:00 Guests are transferred by speedboat/tender from Indochina Sails’s Tuan Chau Pier to Indochine Cruise – enjoy welcome drink, listen cruise briefing and safety instructions.
Overnight on the fabulous Indochine Sails.
Day 9 – 10 Aug 2025: HALONG – HANOI (B/BR/D)
06:30 Coffee, tea and breakfast pastries served in the dining room.
06:45 Enjoy Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck.
07:15-08:45 Cruise crew takes guests visit Trung Trang Cave on Cat Ba Island.
09:00 Guests will have 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing. Please collect all of your belongings from the cabins and leave heavy luggage outside the cabins.
09:30 Enjoy the breakfast buffet in the dining room, consisting of both Vietnamese and international dishes. Bills are settled after breakfast. We approach the harbour while we cruise, giving you the opportunity to soak up the last of the magical atmosphere of Lan Ha from the sundeck.
11:15 Arrive at Indochina Sails’s Pier at Tuan Chau Port. Then transfer back to Hanoi. 19.00 Enjoy Farewell Dinner at Ly Club restaurant in Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 10 – 11 Aug 2025: HANOI DEPARTURE (B)
Free at leisure until transfer to Hanoi airport for flight back Australia.
